Requirements

• 4+ years of full stack development experience
• Deep familiarity with Golang & Javascript, React & SQL
• Experience leading sprints and managing others

Your role

• Act as a role model for other engineers and provide support for them
• Lead code reviews with other engineers and ensure code quality
• Architect the application to ensure that all the different components work well together
• Contribute to the development of the application by creating new user journeys and third party integrations
• Help with product vision and sprint planning

The Eng. team's role

• Collaborate with the product and design team to design and build the next features
• Collaborate with the customer success team to investigate and fix bug reports
• Identify ****and resolve scalability and performance challenges
• Test the application to ensure we deliver high quality code to our users
• Drive the product roadmap and sprint cadence
